Refund policy

All Atair canopies are made to order in Europe and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please double-check your shipping address. If the shipment is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

VAT is calculated based on the shipping country and added at checkout where applicable.
